Nordsee in Heidelberg

I just had salmon pasta with flat spinach. Was carefully weighed behind the counter unfortunately nobody in the branch seems to know Salmon pasta should be warm, core temperature <20C °. It couldn't have been because of my path, it was 50m. North Sea that was the last time we saw each other.

Ordered fish & chips, fish was dried out. Fries were soft and not crispy. It is sad that 100% good goods are not being looked for at this time. Thank goodness there are enough alternatives in HD. I'm not coming a second time

It was better before but thanks to this corona rule it was ok.

Rejected with the toogoodtogo app despite booking yesterday. Allegedly no participation in the program for a long time ... Coupons have not been available or only to a limited extent via the app for months. Just too expensive for me at the normal price.

It has been a long time since we were so disappointed with the food and service. A detailed explanation follows. Yesterday evening at 6 p.m. we went to eat in the mentioned restaurant! Right at the beginning we were told that there are only the dishes that are in the display, which really wasn't much anymore. Nevertheless we decided to take some of it! Well you can imagine that it really wasn't a hit anymore! But what really bothered me: About every 2 to 3 minutes other guests came into the restaurant and wanted something to eat, they were all told that they would not get anything because they would close immediately, although the door says closing time 8 p.m. One woman even said yesterday they said they were open until 7pm! Thereupon it was answered that we have so many sick people we have to make earlier! At 6:30 p.m. the entire counter of the indoor restaurant was cleared! Now the question arises, does the company fail to provide enough staff or do the employees simply want to leave the restaurant on time without delay at 8 p.m.! From an entrepreneur's point of view, a lot of sales were lost yesterday! Unfortunately we will not visit this badly organized restaurant again because it has nothing to do with relaxing something to eat! You tend to feel out of place and not welcome!

Too oily, could be better. Ordering from hot and cold is a nuisance, must order and pay separately.

The staff is not a good team. An employee serves the outside counter and has to prepare food that has gone out himself. None of the 2 present employees help him, the line in front of the door is getting longer. For an MA it was more important to do some kind of written work.

Only bad. Wanted to sell stale fish rolls "shortly before closing time" at higher prices. There was no fresh fried fish bread because they "only opened for 30 minutes". What an imposition! Fortunately I went resolutely. Never ever again!

These 2 stars are for food only. The service is under all sow. An unfriendly, overweight, Arabic-looking young man (I am neither xenophobic nor do I have anything against corpulent people, only serves to describe people) with some inscription Trainee behaved as if his task was totally against the grain. Order totally grumpy and then gone to the kitchen for goodbye. Colleague took over the waiting customers. Took forever until the customer was served. Filling up fried potatoes and fish in the counter was more important. Young family still served by the trainee asks after a quarter of an hour about the meal. It was not the first time we experienced this in this branch, but now it is guaranteed the last time. Too bad. I actually like the food from the North Sea. But not like that

Uncomfortable. A customer ran through the restaurant without a mouth guard, as did a gentleman who came from the street and only visited the toilet. Not a nice place to eat, even a waitress behind the counter.

Little choice, food was not good, there was only potato salad or fried potatoes, I will not go there again!

Today we were guests with you and I can only thank you. The food was very, very good, we had ordered salmon fillet with fried potatoes. The salmon was super very very juicy and the fried potatoes were perfect. We would like to warmly praise the corpulent trainee, he fried us everything fresh, the waitress was wonderful, very nice guy. We would love to come back but only when he is there, when we see such a trainee, can we ensure that he is very well trained, you can tell that he had everything under control, and also served us in the fishery sold and grilled. In the end he asked us if everything tasted good, this simpler question reminded us of a restaurant, we haven't had such a good feeling in a long time in the North Sea, because whenever we went there we felt that it was a “Fast Food ”store, but today it was different. Thank you very much again for everything and we will see each other again in any case only if the corpulent trainee is there. Delicious as always with the North Sea but very small portions of fries

The food was generally OK but it was a little bit greasy although it is grilled. Also the bread was a bit of a hard bite.

Super satisfied, there are even oysters sometimes! But you have to be lucky. Unfortunately, the employee named "Conny" (according to the name tag) is very unfriendly to customers and colleagues, which makes the atmosphere very poisonous. You really feel sorry for the employees who are chalked up by her.

They are racist there, it's not safe out there, the security is rude and the chef is a big racist, they they take your money and throw you out for not doing anything

The seats were spotlessly cleaned and the chairs were deeply comfortable. The correctness of the waiters are truly impressive. In my view, a visit is recommended as round. Something I can really support is the desserts. My siblings and I were here for the second time and tested a bit new every time we visited.

We had a fish restaurant specializing in fish soup. Order with a tray at the counter and pay at the cash register when you receive food. I eat at the table. When I got tired of meat, I thought that fish was good.

First time ever had ice cold batter fried fish on a bun which taste horrible, flat coke from the fountain and l asked the cashier if they have bottle coke which they do sell them at the take out window, she said that they don't have in German. The cashier doesn't speak English in a tourist area which is first to me. Worst food l have had in Germany.

Choice of food are fine. Now they combine the 2 places on this street, this new one is finer. The fish soup are our favorite and it’s one of the yummiest fish soup

I wish they had franchises in the US. Their shrimp rolls are excellent so are the other prepared meals. The fish is fresh and tasty

3 times we came here to eat the dinner and each time the answer was that the kitchen was already closed although it was 18:00 (the restaurant close at 20:00) The man said that the cook finishes at 16:00 !! So, it was not possible to eat at all because they had no food anymore. And the people who work there are not kind at all. We will never come again !!

You should try their potato’s with vinegar and the fried prawns it’s super yummy

Its ok for a wuick snack. This is a seafood franchise in germany. Dont expect fresh fish so far from the coast

Foods are expensive, atleast for a student. I got couple of sandwiches to take home with me, so far the bread was like it was from a day before. But if you want to eat there food is good, not the best but good. Edit: around 1-2 months later. Their products seem to got better by a ton. I mean they really do great job with sandwiches.

Taking pictures here not allowed. I found this horrible. The food was good and customer service adequate. On the Hauptrstrasse so well situated. The place has been renovated so very nice. Definitely recommended.
